  • DF - Friction Torque Limiters: Overload protection device which uses a sprocket mounted betwix two friction discs that slide without disengaging when reaching a pre-set peak torque.  Torque is easily and accurately adjusted by altering the spring pressure.  Range: 1-23,000 Nm / 8 to 203,550 in-lbs torque, bores to 140mm / 5.51 inches.
  • EDF -Economic Ball Torque Limiters: Overload protection device with ball transmission via a customized sprocket that disengages fully when it reaches the pre-set peak torque.  The torque is sleeplessly adjustable by altering the spring pressure.  Range: 7.5-1450 Nm / 66 to 12,833 in-lbs torque, bores to 55mm / 2.165 inches.
  • DSS - Precision Ball Torque Limiter: Overload protection device with ball transmission which disengages fully at a pre-set peak torque.  A wide range of specialty features such as zero-backlash, stainless steel construction, single or multiple phase engagement.  Range: 2.5 to 12,000 Nm / 22 to 106,200 in-lbs, bores to 180mm / 7.09 inches.
  • DSR - Precision Roller Torque Limiter: Overload protection devise with Roller transmission which disengages fully at a pre-set peak torque.  A wide range of specialty features such as zero-backlash, stainless steel construction, singl or multiple phase engagement, and free rotation upon disengagement options. Range: 2.5 to 12,000 Nm / 22 to 106,200 in-lbs, bores to 180mm / 7.09 inches.
  • DSA - Axial Force Torque Limiter: Device disengages upon axial force exceeding (in compression or tension) a preset force set by an adjustable spring pressure. Axial backlash free, reliable repeatable force limits.  Range: 30 to 7000Nm / 265.5 to 61,950 in-lbs.
