 Smart Motor
To start with a basic single board VFD, so compact that a 1.5hp 230V/1ph models fits in the hand. Which allows us to install this compact board into motor terminal box. No special wiring, no panel space, simple wiring, and we also offer programming for many of our OEM customers to streamline production. Single phase power with three phase performance, soft start/stop, variable speed, solid state forward/reverse, closed loop 4-20 mA and 0-10  V controls, and more from a compact low cost solution mounted right to the motor.

Because TVT Group produces a complete range of speed reducers, electric motors, as well as electronics in Italy and has North American design & engineering offices, we can offer complete solutions specific to our customers needs.

  
 Wireless RF Remote Control is one solution we have recently developed as a standard available solution. Our wireless offering also offers a key operated momentary or maintained start/stop, on/off, or fwd/off/reverse manual override if desired. So wireless control to 100 meters/328 feet, or key safe operated control at drive location.  
TVT-DRIVE Command

Wi-Fi enabled VFD programming and control through TVT-DRIVE Command. Allowing the machine builder and service technician to easilly program our VFD via a simple downloadable iOS or Android Application on a smart phone or tablet, complete with easy to understand software parameters and tutorials available at hand.

TVT-DRIVE Command, ending the days of special, expensive, product specific programming devices to setup and Initialize a VFD.

Any end user can operate any TVT-DRIVE Command system with confidence using an operator level password without risk of accidentally altering design level password protected programming.

Applications can be developed for customer specific OEM applications, as well as to promote our customers brand and logo.
